Neil Greenaway
More than 25 years' experience in providing financial advice and strategy to small and medium-sized business owners. Neil has been instrumental in the growth of Clifton Asset Management Ltd, driving much of the technological developments therein and developing the strategic plans for the future growth of the business.
Anthony Carty
30 years of experience in the financial services industry and a Board Director of Clifton Asset Management Ltd.
Anthony has been a key contributor to the vision of Clifton Wealth and the services provided by the Clifton group. Anthony is a regular speaker at investment and financial services industry events and is highly regarded within the sector.
Ellis Organ
After eight years in practice, Ellis moved into industry in 1993 as Finance Director of a group of training companies.
He joined the Clifton group in 1997 and is responsible for corporate governance and finance across the group. Ellis has a vast experience of operating businesses within a highly regulated environment.
Carly Shute
Carly started with Clifton as part of the Graduate Training Programme and has worked extensively across the group for over 15 years, gaining wide experience in the financial services industry, and becoming a leader in the Clifton mergers and acquisition programme.
Carly has also been involved with the development of products and services for the Clifton group and taken on leadership roles across the business.
Jo Swain
Jo joined Clifton Asset Management as Chief Risk Officer in May 2025, bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial services. She has built her career leading on compliance and risk management, with senior roles across insurance, retail banking, card services and financial advice.
At Clifton, Jo plays a key role in shaping our approach to risk and governance, ensuring we continue to deliver innovation, growth and value for our clients.
Ashley Wise
Ashley joined Clifton Asset Management as Chief Technology Officer in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience across financial services, wealth management and private banking.
Before joining Clifton, Ashley spent five years as Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Saltus and previously held senior technology roles at Edmond de Rothschild. At Clifton, he leads the development of our technology strategy, with a focus on client and adviser systems, data, operational efficiency and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Edward Ellis
Edward joined Clifton Asset Management as Chief Financial Officer in 2026, bringing more than 12 years of experience across financial services, strategic finance and business planning.
Prior to joining Clifton, Edward was Director of Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis at Kingswood Group, having previously worked at NatWest Group. At Clifton, he works closely with the executive and finance teams to support the group's long-term growth, providing commercial insight and helping strengthen financial planning across the business.
